• Guts of the Crab God A SBCF comic I did not plan on getting but I had to! The visuals are stunning (I love the character designs), and I really liked the story. I feel like Rossi nailed the pacing for me too. Definitely an inspiration.

• China Wedding Actually a lot more Jiro x Amehiko than I expected. I support the cause.
• Photosensitivity Warning A reread because I read this ages ago but I forgot. A straightforward, simple layout, but I feel like each member's approach to having a photo taken on an old film camera really shows off their charms. Also kinda like the little snippet of ShinyP insight too..
• I'll Pretend I Didn't See Your Save I liked the premise of it being that you don't have to beat yourself up over not knowing everything about people you care about, but rather treat every new thing you learn as a nice experience to get closer to them. In some way it kind of soothes my own fears of not being a 'good' P/fan by not knowing everything about my faves/things I like.
• The Opium War: Drugs, Dreams, and the Making of China FINALLY FINISHED!!!!!! It was an okay read, was a little surprised that I could still read at the general audience-academic level comfortably lol. I think this book had some great smaller/chapter narratives (like mid-book) and overall comments on the conflict (such as Western view of it being more self-important than China's view, which had been more concerned with managing itself rather than trying to infiltrate Western society, etc.), although was a bit confusing at some points (liked to jump around a lot but I feel like I was a bit caught off guard and I noticed that one individual was introduced twice).
• RHOChesire S19 I did nawt know it was gonna be split like that. I wonder if they're gonna bring in someone else to replace Seema (or would they also film her but in Dubai??).
• RHONJ S14 I feel like Jen and Danielle this season lowkey had a sinister Tom and Jerry vibe to them. I guess we'll never explore that further though.

• Deadlock Checked it out on a whim because I had a good time playing TF2 last year amidst writing my honours thesis (lol) plus the characters look cool. Now I'm gonna do favourite elimination contest with them and see who comes out on top. LATER EDIT: Ok let's see. Been playing around with Viscous, Vyper, Wraith, and Venator the most tbh, and they also make up who I'm interested beyond gameplay. Viscous has extremely endeared himself to me - I cannot get over his little Neat! after hearing that Haze likes to play the cello for fun.¹ Vyper is probably the funniest character in my opinion (in and out of jail way too many times, obsessive fan of Lash, will just flirt with a lot of other characters?? and look at her model lol I will miss it when they redo it) and her voice lines are fun to listen to.² Wraith is so cool, I love the playing card theme and her aura-farming with her real hands in her pockets and wooden ones doing everything like holding her gun. Venator... I unfortunately find his character vibe pitch interesting (priest + monster hunter, 'ends justify the means'-like, his critical portrait just makes him look crazy and bloodthirsty as opposed to hurt like most of the others), although I don't think there's been a ton of lore or tidbits about him, so I will be watching out. Otherwise I have been enjoying Haze too, as well as Seven and Kelvin's potential fucked up doomed yaoi situation. Sinclair is on my radar too because wanting a divorce but being stuck in the same body is kinda hilarious. But I am looking forward to more of everyone anyways (<-- guy who needs to get on to the Lady Geist VN first. EDIT: They took that out o the game so... come back soon).
• Umamusume Pretty Derby: Star Blossom Air Groove (Star Blossom, Idk if she shows up in the others) manga debut and Hishiama and Snow cameo at summer camp!!!!!!!!
• Jimuteki Shinography Ok this is more of a fun storytime rather than really being related to Jimushiny, but I read Photosensitivity Warning (above) and I noticed how Mamimi made a little comment while looking at the photos like 'hm is this Prez?' and then I read Jimushiny and the Xmas event came up as a reference with Mamimi thinking of Prez as a ghost, and I was like woah coincidence!! And then I thought about how perceptive Mamimi (+ the rest of L'Antica are, really³) is, like suspecting Fuyu's persona. And then it was Mamimi's birthday!
• Skip and Loafer Mika 'I like you more than I ever liked him. I'm in Your corner now' Egashira. But honestly she's so right because Mitsumi is just soooo. Radiant? I'll think about how to properly express how I view Mitsumi...
• Head Lopper Random comic book pick when I went to the comics store
• Planescape Torment I feel like my motivation to finish this just got shot out of the sky (guess the culprit). But I will finish! Even if I have to drag myself through it... (and I hear the pay-off is great! So I gotta obvs...)
• Tomodachi Life LtD Nothing much going on. Put a couple more of my OCs. I think I got a new couple together? And another married couple had a kid.
• Dungeon Meshi I binged until like Chapter 80 two years ago and then I stopped so I'm gonna try finish it.
